A special barbecue

If you visit Hotel Les Alpes, you can't miss our barbecue every Wednesday during the summer, weather permitting. The barbecue takes place in the Natural Park Fanes-Senes-Braies, in Fodara Masaronn, a barbecue in the middle of the forest, on the bank of a stream and at the foot of the majestic Dolomites. Here in the village the place is called "ete dla pera", translated from Ladin to Italian it means inside where the rock is, you will find out why. Taking part in the barbecue is an opportunity to spend the day outdoors without any stress, surrounded by your family or close friends. What makes the experience special is the unique place where the day takes place and my grill, which never disappoints. I cook personally, Luciano. Ribs, peppers, potatoes, courgettes, sausages, steaks, melted cheese, polenta and everything on the grill await you. And of course let yourself be surprised with dessert.

We start from the path next to our hotel and continue for about an hour and a half, always along the same marked forest path. You can reach the barbecue either on foot or by mountain bike, which we provide.
